  • Leave a walkway to the rear of the unit.
  • Fill containers to capacity. Half full or overfull, bulging containers may collapse or tip over.
  • Place frequently needed items to the front of the unit.
  • Place pallets on the floor to help provide air circulation.
  • Label all your boxes and take home a master list.

  • RECORDS: Records should be stored on edge to prevent warping. With record players be sure to secure the turntable and tone arm.
  • BOOKS: Be sure to pack all books flat so their spines are protected.
  • WINDOWS AND MIRRORS: Always store on edges, never leave them flat.
  • APPLIANCES: Clean and dry thoroughly and store with door ajar or slightly open for air circulation.
